What changed my mind

Revisions kept visible

Early work emphasized discovery and matching. Competitive evidence from Pairoa, Boardy, expert networks and memory providers narrowed the W-Axis thesis: discovery is increasingly a commodity or partner layer; the harder control point is current judgment, principal ratification, purpose-bound delivery, receipts and outcomes.
